Evoke Early Learning Clayton provides high quality education and care for families living in Clayton and neighbouring, suburbs such as Chadstone, Clarinda, Glen Waverley, Huntingdale, Mount Waverley, Mulgrave, Notting Hill, Oakleigh, Springvale and Wheeler's Hill.
At EVOKE, our early learning philosophy is deeply inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach which views children as capable and resilient, with the capacity for complex thinking.
This approach to early education is centred around meaningful, play-based learning. The curriculum focuses on child-led development, which allows children to be guided by their natural interests and curiosities.
The indoor and outdoor spaces are custom designed to be a continuous landscape for play and a stimulating environment for learning. This is achieved through undulating landscape surfaces, and a variety of sensory-rich experience spaces to inspire curiosity and support discovery.
Our staff are experienced and dedicated early years professionals. Professional development is central to what we do as it enables us to contribute to developing practices that are guided by current theory and research. Developing deeper levels of understanding about our work in this way, enables us to enhance our effectiveness in work with children, families and staff teams.
