Our vision “Nourishing growth, passion & life-long learning” motivates and drives us to provide high quality education and care for Children from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years.
At EVOKE we work hard to create a genuine partnership between you and your child’s educator. Together we work with each other to support your child’s learning and allow children time to learn through play – to explore and take part in a variety of learning experiences.
Our educators are warm and responsive when interacting with the children in their care. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming, and our buildings, furniture, equipment and resources are safe and well maintained.
Our Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood teachers and Room Leaders with the help of their team, ensure kindergarten and school readiness and future academic achievement. There are significant benefits for children enrolled in quality, play-based learning in the years before school. It can be life-changing in terms of their future learning success, social and emotional wellbeing, and employment opportunities.
Charles McDonald
As the Approved Provider, Charles, ensures good governance and management of Evoke Early Learning. Charles clear and compelling vision - to provide a safe and nuturing environment that promotes knowledge and inspires a life-long love of learning - underpins our philosophy, Quality Improvement Plan and serves to inspire our whole team. Charles plays a key role in supporting our team and visits the service on a monthly basis.
Mandy Blasby
Mandy has been in the industry for twenty years and ensures that relationships, projects, systems, and processes are designed, implemented and evaluated to support the efficient operational delivery of the service.
Mandy coordinates and leads working groups in all activities necessary for the successful development, implementation, and completion of special projects. Mandy has an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma of Management, and an Advanced Diploma of Human Resources.
Jess Hay
Jess is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service. Her key duties will include the overall planning, administration, marketing, and resourcing of the centre. She will be the primary point of contact for families.
Hayley Nguyen
Hayley is a passionate, VIT Registered Teacher who leads the cycle of inquiry and reflection at Evoke Early Learning Clayton. She has an influencial role in aspiring, motivating, affirming and extending the practice and pedagogy of Educators. Her role has a significant impact of the curriculum and important work Educators do with children and families.
Saran Sidhu
Saran delivers high-quality customer service and administrative support to our Evoke children, families, staff and visitors to the service.
Jasvinder Nannar
Jas works hard to promote a welcoming and supportive environment, to ensure that all who call or visit the service, feel valued and appreciated.
Both Saran and Jas, ensure the smooth running of the internal operations of the service.
At Evoke Early Learning Clayton we have a large consistent team of 40 Educators. Our Educators will work with you as partners in your child’s learning to create an engaging and quality program. Our team offers a consistent, caring relationship with our parents and our children. We can work with you to support your child’s orientation and transition to our beautiful Early childhood education and care settings.
